William and Claire are internationally certified Yoga teachers (RYT). Together they form the WC Yoga team, available for teaching at venues (such as hotels, yoga retreats, company venues or otherwise) around the world for agreed periods of time. They prefer to teach Kaula Tantra Yoga.

Learn moreKaula Tantra Yoga is based on relaxing and not so much on effort. It is therefore also a good practice for older persons with little experience or younger persons just starting out. To achieve internal balance one needs to relax as completely as possible. Every part of the body from the top of the head down to the bottom of the feet, from the shoulders to the finger tips, from the spine until the toes; every part needs to be completely relaxed. From this relaxed position the asana’s ( positions in yoga) are being executed. But also as relaxed as possible. The ideal training as a first thing in the morning or after a nice day at the pool or beach of your hotel. An ideal holiday training.

Ourselves enthusiast sailors - we passed the Panama canal twice in a sailing yacht, cruising from the Caribbean to the Galapagos , sailed all over the Mediterranean and North Sea - we are happy to accommodate your guests on your cruiser.
Skiing, hiking, langlauf or tour-skiing, the guest wants to relax and take care of her/his muscles after a day out in the mountains. Relaxing Yoga, such as Kaula Tantra, is a perfect match.
Could start at 07:30 or earlier and consist of a warming up, yoga style, and depending on the venue and season, either Iyengar exercises, or Asana’s from Kaula Tantra. We adapt the program to the venue, guests and season.
At the end of the afternoon, or early in the evening, Yoga training can prepare for a good night’s rest or getting ready for a long evening and night with dancing and the like. A one-and-an -half- hour training suites almost everyone – even if one doesn’t know it yet.
